At Hub Realty Associates, we understand that pets are an important part of your life. We are happy to welcome cats at all Hub Realty properties, and dogs are permitted at select communities.

We strive to create a comfortable environment for all residents — pet owners and non-pet owners alike. Our pet guidelines help ensure that everyone enjoys their home.

How many pets can I have?

Pet limits vary by community. In general, most communities allow up to two pets per apartment. Contact your leasing office for specific details about your community.

Is there a pet deposit?

Yes, a refundable pet deposit is required at all pet-friendly communities. The amount varies by community and pet type. Monthly pet rent may also apply. Contact your leasing office for current rates.

What breeds are restricted?

Breed restrictions are in place per our insurance requirements and vary by community. Please contact your community's leasing team for the complete list of restricted breeds and any weight limitations.

Are service animals and emotional support animals permitted?

Yes. Service animals and emotional support animals with proper documentation are welcome at all Hub Realty communities, regardless of the community's standard pet policy. Pet fees and deposits do not apply to service animals.

What vaccinations are required?

All pets must have current rabies vaccinations. We also recommend keeping all standard vaccinations up to date. Vaccination records must be provided to management at the time of pet registration.

Can I add a pet after I've already moved in?

Yes! Simply contact your community's management office to register your new pet. You'll need to provide vaccination records and pay the applicable pet deposit before bringing your new companion home.
